My name is Albert Ze , founder of GRIHOT. Over the past decade, I have faced many of life’s hardest moments—financial crises, the global pandemic, business failures, debt, the loss of loved ones, the end of a marriage, and the responsibility of raising children. Through all of it, I held onto one simple belief: no matter how rough the journey, people deserve tools—and hope—that help life move forward more smoothly.
In 2021, that belief led to the creation of our First product Sailboat Sharpener . Its design is intentional. In Chinese culture, a sailboat symbolizes smooth sailing —a wish for safety, progress, and calm waters ahead. To me, it represents resilience and quiet optimism. When you choose this product, you receive not just a kitchen tool, but a sincere blessing for you and your family: may your days be steady, your path be clear, and your journey be filled with ease and joy.
